Social Studies:  The curriculum for Social Studies travels through the five different regions of the United States.  Climate, natural resources and other aspects of the regions will be studied.  In addition to the curriculum, students are expected to be aware of current events.  The class has ordered Time For Kids, a current events newspaper and will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
